06-25-04 - Mark and the band have been working on a new
CD and it is nearly complete. The CD will feature all new Mark Farner material with at least 15 new songs. No definite releases date has been set but reports are coming in that indicate it could be sometime in the early fall of 2004.
In addition to the new CD will be the release of Mark's performance from 1999, at Itchycoo Park. The DVD will be approximately 60 minutes and will include Mark's entire set list at that show. Expected release date is 9-7-04.
We are also expecting the release of the live DVD recorded last year at the DTE Energy Theater in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This has been a highly anticipated release and the fans have been looking for it for some time now. Again, the release date hasn't been set but is expected sometime in the early fall of 2004.

06-25-04 - It has been a while since I updated this section of the website. That doesn't mean that there hasn't been anything going on in
Mark Farner's world, though. Since my last update Mark has played a benefit concert for the victims of the Rhode Island night club fire, he was selected to be the grand marshall at the ACD Motorcycle Festival, he has recorded a live DVD, and played a private show at Bruce Willis' high school class reunion (live footage recorded there as well). Mark also received a letter of appreciation from the USO for his support.
For the first half of 2004, Mark and the band have traveled to Japan as well as Sweden for concerts with the fans in these countries. All reports say that each event went extremely well and the fans had an absolute blast with Mark and the band
Mark has also retained new management for 2004. Christopher Crawford will represent Mark in a managerial role while booking will be handled through Fantasma Productions out of Florida
